Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your 1K Kicks purchase. If you are not happy with an item, please follow the return instructions below.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale or clearance items (where noted)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@1kkicks.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and a brief reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving return authorization, using a trackable shipping method. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@1kkicks.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund for defective items at our discretion.

Return shipping costs

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable carrier and obtaining shipping insurance for returns.
