Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing may take longer.
Shipping methods & estimated delivery times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (continental U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
All delivery windows are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method and destination. Any applicable taxes or customs duties (for shipments outside the U.S., if offered) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information to the email provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at contact@1kkicks.com.
Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility typically transfers to the recipient. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier. Then contact us at contact@1kkicks.com and we will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
International shipping
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available, we will update this page and outline applicable duties, taxes, and delivery estimates.
